Still searching for wedding Venue - 355 days left before Wedding
So The Greenery Bulacan is out. Now I am searching for wedding venues in Tagaytay which is the best destination wedding in Luzon because of the cool weather, taal lake view and greenery effect. Actually the reason why I planned Tagaytay wedding it is all because of Calaruega Church. For me this is the best highlight of my wedding because I am sure that our guests will enjoy the view but not to mention the road how steep it was.
I am emailing them with regards to the date availability last February. When I asked them if I can deposit the money to their bank to reserve the slot, unfortunately they can only book me in person and it's a first come first save basis. So I asked my sister-in-law to check the place, send her the money and rent a van. I emailed them once again to inform them that there is someone who will come to their office to pay for the reservation fee. But unfortunately, they are FULLY BOOKED on my chosen date. I even check other Saturdays and they are booked on the best time which is 3:00pm. Sigh! I was really disappointed and felt sad because this is the reason why I want to held our wedding at Tagaytay. But God said, this is not His plan for me which gives me hopes and faith to proceed and move on to the better plans. I asked my sister-in-law to go to Chapel on the Hill and San Antonio de Padua to check the rates and book one of them on the spot sicne I cannot find any email address online.
I am now checking the following via interenet:
1. Hillcreek Gardens - very nice garden facade but it is too common because of the chapel. What I want on my Venue is people are not familiar on the place when the will see it in the picture. Yung may effect na "where is it??" But since this venue have a lot of place where you can have your shots like bridge, greenery effect and the chapel on the background I am still considering this. After all, it's Hillcreek Gardens :)
2. Crosswinds Resorts - Swiss style houses and a very nice view for the pictorial/ Ms. Lhodie gave me their package rates and they have an affordable package if you will get their in-house caterer Alba. But since I really love Passion Cooks who will cater my special event because they are the best in styling and personalizing the venue, I am still thinking and planning on the budget if I will get PC + Crosswinds because they have a corkage fee for 25,000 which is a lot on our budget. I can put this on addition to my wedding gown budget. So again, I need to think wise.
3. Suites and Angelfields Sanctuary - perfect for my fairy theme but I think it's too far already, their venue is expensive to think that it is not popular but I am still considering it. I just love the peacefulness and solemnity of the place (only at the picture) :)

I will keep looking and will decide the venue. Hopefully I can choose and book them so I can move on the next steps. Photographer, Videographer and Couture.
