Best Suppliers should book 2 years before to get them
As I mentioned before, I booked Passion Cooks to cater my wedding and to style on my events. I do really love their taste in designing. It's not purely table arrangement and flowers, but it's full of creativity, dedication and love to their clients. If you will also try to search on forums about the feedbacks during the food tasting, I feel that I really chose the best decision to hire them. However, there' a conflict! A BIG Conflict between Caleruega and PC and A BIG decision to make!
March 8, 2014, our preferred date for our wedding is FULLY BOOKED on the said church, so we have to choose other dates and let go of our exact 8th year anniversary on the 8th of March. I actually tried to search other church in Tagaytay but when my hubby asked me so many times, what is more important for you, Caleruega Church or 'March 8'? Preferably I want our wedding anniversaries to celebrate it in one date which is March 8. But when I started to figure out myself walking in the aisle, that's when I realized that I cannot let go of the church. I really really want to get married there. We are actually planning to move our wedding on March 8, 2015 but this is I think will give me a very long way to wait for the dream day.
So when I asked PC if it's ok to move the saved date on March 22, 2014, they said I'm on the second list that's why I panicked. I panicked to the point that I emailed Caleruega again to change the date to March 15, or 29. Unfortunately, PC was booked already for the whole month of Saturday March 2014.
Now I'm in a dilemma. I am planning to change the church so I can still get my slot to PC for March 8. But my husband asked me again, 'What is more important for you, Passion Cooks or Caleruega?' I think and think.... I was thinking if I will let go Caleruega then I can still get married on my fav date and get PC as my caterer. However, I just realized that the bottom line of planning a Tagaytay wedding is because 'I want to get married on that church'. That made me easy to move on and let go of PC.
Now eyeing.... Purple Dish. I hope that they are available on March 22, 2014 or else we will end up in choosing Splendido. The problem on Splendido, they have a very nice view and location, near the church, classy but they don't allow outside caterers. When I am trying to find reviews about Ladera Catering Services. I cannot find it helpful because I don't have any idea how's the taste of their food, their design if I will avail their package, the color of the linens which is yellow and beige. Somehow, I figure out that I might be not happy on the reception (styling/ unexpected corkage fees/ expenses) if I will avail their package.
I am just hoping that I will finalized our Venue & Catering soon. I am also considering Rosemont Gardens as this is the less hassle for me if I want to get my preferred caterer. I will update soon :)

ReplyDeleteHi Rozele, sorry for the late reply... nope, I chose Tagaytay Pacific Heights nalang kasi walang mga corkage and hndi sila mahigpit, at the end, ung binayad ko yung exact rate lang nila.
